As CFO, the initial primary responsibility would be developing or enhancing the organization’s overall financial policies as needed. Provide strategic direction of all financial functions including accounting, budget, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensure that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Define corporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus. Execute multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals as well as voicing well-substantiated dissenting opinions.
