Christina Mandrell has over 21 years managerial experience in the Corporate Accounting field since 2005. She has practiced as a Corporate Controller for several large groups, in the automotive and e-commerce industries based out of Northeast and Central Florida. Graduating from Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Business Management in 2005; Christina Mandrell partnered with her husband to begin their company to service other businesses in 2018.

Christina specializes in providing expert accounting and business management services for a variety of companies. Over the course of her career she has developed an excellent reputation for her expertise in various issues of corporate compliance, strategic direction of cash management and business operations from a financial perspective. From corporate headquarters to a small online startup that has made the national Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America several years running, Christina has provided invaluable strategic leadership through some of the toughest economic times this generation of entrepreneurs has ever faced.

In her spare time, Christina loves to travel and watch live sports – especially the Tampa Bay Lightning and any Gator sport here in the Swamp or around University of Florida campus.

Shane Mandrell

Shane Mandrell is a retired Navy Reserve Vet with 20 years of military service and has over 25+ years business ownership experience, since 1999. He is part of the Gator Nation through and through, graduating from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering along with a double minor in Business Management and Sales Engineering. He partnered with his wife in 2018, to begin their company to service other businesses with operational accounting needs.

Shane’s business expertise comes from his other business, Mandrell’s Pressure Cleaning, LLC. with 5 offices stretching across North Central Florida down to Tampa. He knows firsthand the value and impact of advertising, marketing, social media and the importance of sound financial management. His expertise includes Microsoft Database technology & programming, local wired/wireless networking topologies, numerous computer platforms, programming languages & office suites, WordPress, SEO Optimization, AdWords and launching a business from the ground up.

In his spare time, Shane enjoys travel, and watching live sports – especially football, the Tampa Bay Lightning and any Gator sport here in the Swamp or around the University of Florida campus; Go Gators!

Brielle Farrell

Brielle Farrell is a Controller that has been with Mandrell’s CFO since January, 2022. In 2017 she completed her Associates in Business Administration from Ocean County College, followed by completing her BSBA majoring in Accounting at Coastal Carolina University in 2019. With over 4 years of experience in tax, financial and managerial accounting Brielle provides accurate, efficient, and reliable financial support to each and every client.
In her spare time, Brielle loves to be out in the nature taking her dog on long walks and going to the gym to stay feeling healthy and energized. Providing her with the mentality to be ready to tackle anything. 🙂

Sarah Bates

Sarah Bates is an Assistant Controller that dual enrolled at Sante Fe College where she earned an Associate of Arts degree while still in High School. In 2019 Sarah graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Shortly after her graduation, she started working with clients to help them with their day to day accounting needs. In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys reading, attending any event with live music, and learning to play guitar.

Ashley Rhoden

Ashley Assistant Controller Mandrell's CFO Services Operational Accounting — Assistant Controller – MCFO

Ashley Rhoden is an accounting clerk that has been with Mandrell’s CFO since August, 2024. Ashley has years of Office Manager experience at a local doctors office where she also did all of their medical billing. After working at the doctors office, she continued on to get her nursing degree and worked as an Emergency Room RN for over ten years. In those years, Ashley and her husband of 22 years, Brian, had three children. In 2022, she decided to step away from nursing and stay at home with her then 3 year old and enjoy her high schoolers who play volleyball year round. In 2024, now that all kids are in school, she decided to go back to work and go back to the type of job she loved many years ago, accounting. Ashley loves to learn new things, take on a good challenge and produce results. In her free time, she loves to travel, cruise, or anything that’s spending time with her family.

Lisa Murray

My name is Lisa Murray and I am an Accounts Payable clerk for Mandrell’s CFO with over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and currently live in Keystone Heights, Florida. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

Kaylee Johnson

Kaylee Accounting Clerk Operational Accounting Firm — Accounting Clerk – MCFO

Kaylee Johnson is an Accounting Clerk for Mandrell’s CFO. She did dual enrollment and graduated with her Associate of Arts degree in high school. This is her first role in accounting but she is very excited to be learning and taking on new challenges. In her free time, Kaylee loves to read, travel and spend time with her dog Sophie.

Lashaune Clayton

Lashaune Accounting Clerk for Operational Accounting — Accounting Clerk – MCFO

Lashaune Clayton is an Accounting Clerk that has been with Mandrell’s CFO since December 2023. Originally from Jamaica, she pursued her B.Sc.. in Accounting and Management Studies at The University of the West Indies Mona Campus and graduated in 2020. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and partaking in any adventurous activities.

Johnathan Watson

Johnathan is an Accounting Clerk for Operational Accounting company doing Bookkeeping Auditing Payroll Services — Accounting Clerk – MCFO

Johnathan Watson is an Accounting Clerk that joined Mandrell’s in December of 2025. He recently earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and an associate’s degree in business administration. Johnathan brings fresh perspective, current industry knowledge, and an innovative mindset to his work. He is committed to continuous learning and process improvement, and he approaches each task with professionalism and accountability.

Destiny Kight

Destiny is an Accounting Clerk for MCFO — Accounting Clerk – MCFO

Destiny Kight is an accounting clerk that has been with Mandrell’s since 2020. She holds over 5 years of successful experience and positions in various areas of the accounting field. Her journey in the field began as an auditor for Hilton Hotels and from there she worked her way up the corporate hotel ladder to the accounting department, before joining the team at Mandrell’s. She has a strong background in hospitality management.
Dedicated to our clients, she is passionate about details and accuracy when it comes to her job. Her favorite day to day work activity is reconciling large accounts and taking on new challenges.
In her spare time, Destiny enjoys researching new topics and learning new things with her two young boys. She also has a pet princess pig who lives inside with her 3 doggos.
